Entech Geology partnered with Pantoro at their Norseman operations to deliver a six-month program of hands-on estimation training and Resource Modelling support. Rather than class-room style training, the focus was on practical, in-pit learning integrated into daily workflows.
Across three site visits, Senior Geologist James Heggie worked directly with Pantoro’s Mine and Senior Geologists, covering software fundamentals, drill design, domain modelling and estimation methodologies. This approach gave the team the tools to make more confident, data-backed decisions.
The engagement extended beyond site visits, with Entech’s senior leadership in Perth staying across resource updates and providing ongoing technical support. The Pantoro team is also included in Entech’s private support group, giving them continued access to expertise and resources to keep skills sharp and workflows efficient.
